A quick and healthy snack. Garnish with fresh strawberries or your favorite seasonal fruit.
Ginger Pear Pudding with Chia Seeds
  • 1 pear any variety, cut up with seeds and stem removed
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender
  • 2 bowls
1.  Put in blender milk, yogurt, honey, ginger, salt, and pear.   Blend until smooth.  Pulse in 1/4 cup chia seeds.
2.  Divide in 2 bowls and chill until thickened, about 2 hours or more.  Garnish with fruit.
