Berry-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 large, very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries or raspberries or a combination
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ice
Materials:
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender
Directions:
1.  Pulse oats in a blender several times to grind.  Add juice, bananas, berries, honey and ice; blend until smooth.
