Fruit & Almond Milk Chia Pudding

This Fruit-And-Cream Chia Pudding can be made with any seasonal fruit.
  • 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 fresh diced peach (not frozen)
  • 1/4 fresh sliced peach or other fruit for topping
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Knife
  • Medium bowl
1.  In bowl whisk almond milk and vanilla.  Stir in chia seeds and 1 fresh diced peach.  Cover with plastic and refrigerate.  After 30 minutes stir pudding making sure the seeds don’t clump.  Refrigerate overnight.
2.  Serve with 1/4 fresh sliced peach or other fruit topping. My family loves the flavor of fresh strawberries mixed with the peach.

After you enjoy your pudding, why not read a good book?
