Turkey Caesar Salad

Looking for a way to use those Thanksgiving leftovers? Give this Caesar salad a try.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese grated plus extra for topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • about 4 cups Romaine Lettuce cut in bite size pieces
  • 1-2 cups of Turkey Breast
  • Croutons
Materials:
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Small bowl
  • Large bowl
Directions:
1.  In small bowl combine for the dressing; mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.  Whisk in olive oil.
2.  Place lettuce in large bowl.  Toss with dressing.  On each serving plate, top salad with sliced turkey pieces, extra Parmesan cheese, and croutons according to preference.
