This dairy-free drink is wonderfully refreshing at any time of the year. But the heat of the summer makes it extra appealing!

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup strong, brewed coffee (cold or room temperature)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sweetener (your choice)
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 10-12 ice cubes
Materials:
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoons
- Blender
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice being on top. Blend until foamy, icy, and well combined. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Very true. I like coconut milk because it stores so well. And the coconut yogurt comes in all of the “regular” flavors–including plain for cooking!
