This dairy-free drink is wonderfully refreshing at any time of the year. But the heat of the summer makes it extra appealing!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup strong, brewed coffee (cold or room temperature)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 10-12 ice cubes
Materials:
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Blender
Directions:
1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice being on top.  Blend until foamy, icy, and well combined.  Pour into a glass and enjoy.
