This Labor Day why not enjoy something dairy-free and delicious!
- 1 pint blueberries
- 2 single serve blueberry coconut yogurt
- Medium bowl
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet that fits in freezer
1. Stir yogurt in bowl. Drop in berries and carefully stir, coating berries with yogurt. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop each berry onto a baking sheet leaving space in between so berries don’t freeze together. Freeze 2 hours and then transfer to a plastic bag or freezer safe container. Pop them in your mouth for a frozen treat.
